From Mom to Houston
Crème de Chua began in the family kitchen, inspired by the flavors of old Saigon. After immigrating to America in 1974, Trina missed the variety of flavors and treats that her home country had to offer. Nostalgic for the light, refreshing, and tangy-sweet yogurts of her childhood, she decided to recreate the probiotic-rich snack with her own innovative recipe. Together, we created the delicate Vietnamese-style yogurt, bringing this artisanal treat to Houston with a commitment to quality and heritage.
